June in review: closing our Series B, exploring AWS RDS cost trends, preparing for re:Invent 2016
June was an exciting month for our crew as we announced the close of our Series B funding, took a data science-backed look at AWS RDS spending trends, and started tracking re:Invent 2016. We’re also excited to seek new talent on our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
There’s a long road ahead as we approach a busy time of the year, with our eyes on re:Invent later this fall. We thank everyone for taking this moment to catch up with us.
Announcing the close of our Series B funding
The Cloudability team closed our Series B funding round this month, receiving $24 million led by the Foundry Group. Mat, our CEO, explained the funding in this article.
We’re thankful for the customers, community, investors, partners, and family whom supported all of us in making Cloudability happen over the years. Now, it’s time for us to continue taking cloud cost management to the next level in 2016.
