AWS re:Invent 2016 is right around the corner and we’re excited to see everyone there. Here are five reasons to stop by Booth #1821, including a chance to get our exclusive AWS Cost Efficiency book, see what’s new with our app, win an Apple Watch Series 2 Nike+, and more.

[EDIT: 11/21/16] Due to popularity of our talks, AWS has increased the number of seats for both of our sessions. This is great news for folks on our waitlists (you should have already been registered). For folks who haven’t registered and are interested, check out our talks in the AWS Session Planner.

Reason 1: Get our limited edition book, Cloud Control: A Guide to AWS Cost Efficiency at Scale

Cloudability has been helping AWS users spend as efficiently as possible in the cloud since 2011. We’ve collected many helpful lessons into a limited edition book that we’re giving away to re:Invent 2016 attendees who visit our booth, while supplies last.

If you’re attending re:Invent 2016 and want to reserve a copy for pick-up, sign up for one today.

Reason 2: See what’s new with our Cloud Cost Management app

With all of the recent AWS changes to Reserved Instances, EC2 types and pricing, billing updates, and other new features, Cloudability has been busy keeping our app as helpful and useful as possible in 2016. We’re continuing to improve and refine our tools to help you stay on top of AWS costs so you spend as efficiently as possible. Stop by Booth #1821 to check out all of our new features.

Reason 3: Grab a Cloudability t-shirt and wear it for a chance to win

Good news, everyone! At our booth, the team will be handing out our comfy Cloudability t-shirts to re:Invent attendees. We took your feedback from last year into consideration and now have more sizing types and options to choose from. Even comfier!

Wear your shirt during the event for a chance to win an Apple Watch Series 2 Nike+

Throughout the event, we’ll be giving away Apple Watches to random attendees wearing their Cloudability shirts. Pick your shirt up at Booth #1821 and learn how to have a chance to win throughout re:Invent.

Reason 4: Attend our AWS Cost Efficiency and Reserved Instance Sessions

[EDIT: 11/21/16] AWS has increased the number of seats in both of our sessions. We encourage folks wanting to learn more about saving at scale with Reserved Instances or driving AWS cost efficiency to join our talks:

If our sessions remain sold out, you can come check out the perspectives of our speakers and learn a lot more about AWS cost efficiency by picking up a copy of our exclusive book, Cloud Control: A Guide to AWS Cost Efficiency at Scale. Swing by to the booth to get a book and meet our AWS experts.

Reason 5: Party with us!

After a long day of meeting new folks and learning all about AWS, it’s time to relax and have a great time at our annual t2.microbrews party at the Public House on Tuesday night. The Public House will also be our hub for the AWS Pub Crawl party the following night, Wednesday November 30th from 5:30 to 7:30.

In the spirit of AWS Lambda, we’re also going serverless…with our drinks. Come order a drink in our Serverless Lounge, meet some Cloudabillies, and have a fun night.

We’ll see you all soon

Check out our annual Survival Guide for tips on getting the most out of the big AWS event. With an estimated 29,000 people attending, you’ll want every edge to stay energized, get to sessions, and enjoy Vegas to the fullest.

We also have a convenient re:Invent hub with all kinds of resources available. It will also be the home of helpful event recaps (including a live panel discussion and Q&A session on December 7th, after the event) to keep everyone, whether in Vegas or not, up-to-date about big AWS changes and news.

We can’t wait to see you all in Vegas in a couple of weeks. Take care until then.

Being in the know feels great
