Today Cloudability, a new Portland-based web startup, has been chosen by GigaOm as one of the most promising cloud computing companies for 2011. Each year, GigaOM, a leading media company that covers web and cloud industry news, uses a panel of expert judges to select 10 promising cloud companies as part of its Structure LaunchPad competition.
